Happy Sunday- I write this whilst cosy in front of the fire after a frosty 2 hour walk this afternoon.
From hot too cold and back again we put our skin through the elements in the winter season, so what provisions can we make to ensure our skin is kept in top shape?
I donned my SPF with some goodies layered underneath with my tailored skin plan and braced the elements but why is this so important ?

The extremes of temperature can wreak havoc on our skin and can leave us tip toeing around products to find answers.
In winter we are more likely to notice dry, dehydrated patches or even more break-outs.
Have you noticed little broken capillaries or redness that takes a while to disappear after being out doors?
This could be the start of something called ROSACEA - and we must protect and prevent our skin to prevent further issues if this is the case.
Rosacea is a medically diagnosed condition, but we can usually spot the tell tale signs from symptoms and lifestyle.

Daily use of a Dermal fixing SPF will help our skin not only be protected, but also enable repair and prevention.
The use of antioxidants in skin care is so important and I will be writing about this some more in the future but this SPF contains something called ASCORBIC ACID better known to you and I as VITAMIN C- a fantastic aid for repair and prevention of reactive oxidative stress, which ages and damages the skin.
So my advice and major go to this season would be the demo corrective SPF by Clinicare, I use it myself and know this will keep your skin feeling smooth, fresh, protected and prevent further skin concerns.
Another thing not to forget is our HANDS wear gloves and consider a barrier cream whenever you leave the house- I have some fabulous new items coming in my shop soon which are perfect for hand health and hydration- to learn more before then book your skin consultation and keep an eye out for my hand health blog coming soon.
Don't forget you can make a virtual consultation with any new concerns you notice about your skin.
There is also an option to upload a skin concern selfie on my website

I am here to help this winter
Have a great Sunday evening and enjoy the frosty winter wonderlands if you are lucky enough to have one out there!
